Our Purpose
The three programs of Leadership Sevier strive to identify and select current and emerging leaders within the community. It aims to strengthen the knowledge and understanding of the community, its relevant issues and each other through a series of monthly sessions. Participants are challenged and motivated to become more committed to their community through leadership involvement for the future of Sevier County.
Leadership Sevier – Today’s Leaders

The purpose of Leadership Tomorrow is to provide a forum for young adults to focus on personal growth, enhance leadership skills, establish a network of peers and develop habits that will benefit themselves and Sevier County. Smoky Mountain Youth Leadership – Aspiring Leaders
Smoky Mountain Youth Leadership is designed to identify a diverse group of high school students who demonstrate leadership potential and to develop, in an interactive environment, the framework for constructive leadership, committed involvement, and responsible participation in the future of Sevier County.
