Danielle King

Executive Director

As Executive Director of Leadership Sevier, Danielle oversees the strategic vision and guides key business decisions that drive excellence and growth across the organization’s three programs. She also mentors and supports program participants as they work to advance Leadership Sevier’s mission of strengthening community connections and enhancing quality of life in Sevier County.

Danielle earned both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before earning her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She spent fifteen years practicing audiology, including eight years leading the audiology department of a large otolaryngology practice. In 2025, she brought her leadership experience to Leadership Sevier, where she now works to develop, connect, and inspire community leaders.

Danielle is a graduate of Leadership Sevier, Leadership Tomorrow, and Leadership Tennessee NEXT. She is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Community Leadership, serves as an officer for the Tennessee Academy of Audiology, and is a member of 100+ Women Who Care.

Passionate about serving Sevier County, Danielle believes informed, engaged leaders are essential to a thriving community. She is committed to developing and connecting leaders who will make a positive impact throughout the county.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Thomas, their two sons, Cape and Charlie, and their doodle, Lola. She also loves family trips, reading, and cheering on her children at youth sporting events. As a lifelong Tennessean, she is a proud Vols fan- GBO!

Ally Fortner

Office Manager

As the Office Manager for Leadership Sevier, Ally supports the daily operations of the organization and helps ensure the success of its programs, events, and community initiatives. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, serving others, and supporting efforts that strengthen Sevier County and its future leaders.

Ally earned her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her Master of Arts from The University of Memphis. Before joining Leadership Sevier, she spent four years as an Administrative Assistant at a local law firm, where she honed her skills in organization, communication, and office management. Her experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating multiple priorities, and building strong relationships has prepared her well for her role at Leadership Sevier. Ally is excited to bring her passion for service and community engagement to the organization as she helps advance its mission of developing informed, connected, and engaged leaders throughout Sevier County.

Outside of work, you can find Ally and her husband, Jake, cheering on the Vols, relaxing outdoors with their red heeler, Ash, or traveling somewhere new, fresh, and exciting. She is excited to connect with community members, support Leadership Sevier’s programs, and play a part in helping Sevier County continue to thrive.
