Smoky Mountain Youth Leadership is officially underway! 
Today, we kicked off the year with Orientation Day and welcomed our newest SMYL class! We started the morning with introductions and icebreakers before diving into our DISC profiles to learn more about ourselves, our classmates, and how we can best communicate and work together.
We wrapped up the day with lots of team-building activities led by Smoky Mountain Guides, giving our students the chance to step outside their comfort zones, work together, and start building connections that will carry them throughout the year!

• Collier Restaurant Group for preparing a delicious breakfast and lunch that kept everyone fueled and ready to go!
We are so excited for this group and can’t wait to see what this year has in store for the Smoky Mountain Youth Leadership Class of 2027!
