What a day with the Leadership Sevier Class
of 2026!
Today’s Law Enforcement & Emergency Response Day gave our class a firsthand look at the people, teamwork, and operations that help keep Sevier County safe every single day.
From conversations with our local fire chiefs, police chiefs, sheriff, and emergency response leaders, to learning more about E911 & EMS operations, watching fire and police rescue demonstrations, and ending the afternoon at the firing range, our class had the opportunity to see so many sides of public safety in our community.
A huge THANK YOU to all of the law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, emergency management personnel, and community partners who took the time to educate our class, answer questions, and give us a behind-the-scenes look at what they do. We have an incredible group of men and women serving Sevier County, and we are so grateful for them! Also, thank you to @ihop for breakfast, @qslseviervilletn for lunch, @templestrong_coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up, and @thedonutfriar for a sweet treat!
Days like today are exactly what Leadership Sevier is all about – introduce. inform. inspire. involve.
